Nonetheless, it must be done, for no reason.

It's night 'n' stuff. Critically acclaimed palette times. Ignore the HUD palette, though, I'm not sure why I decided to screw that up, it's an easy fix, tho'.

Next, I decided to fix up how a certain level looked. It was good before:
But now you can actually SEE the ground through the water:

What I did for the water was take the top tiles of small pipes, and mix them with the inner-large pipe tiles. Then I palette edited them to come up with water. The underwater ground is just palette edited ground copies, with nonsolids acting like tile 1(aka water).
